I would like to introduce an IntelliCAD product which is the 3D CAD software which has realized the function of conversion data with top international 3D design and 3D model software such as Pro/E,SolidWorks,SolidEdge,UG,DSMAX,MAYA,Inventor.
GStarICAD users can directly or indirectly save the model file of other 3D model software in 3DS file format (which is used universally and supported wildly), and then import it to the GStarICAD 2007. By using the compatible code comparison technique,GStarICAD 2007 can import the data and its shade engine automatically will analyze the file format to form the knowledge base to compare with the file data. In such ways, GStarICAD achieve the purpose of data import. At the same time, the entity data will be represented in form of polyface meshes, which has little difference with source file.Meanwhile, GStarICAD 2007 makes it possible to be compatible with more unknown file formats in the future by using this compatible code comparison technique.
