I'm told the Dubai market is seriously inflated and it's best to wait out the hype as values will become more realistic after it bottoms ~ a couple of years perhaps. So my friends suggest it's best to be patient and invest later. Hope this helps . _________________ Stephans |

I too am looking to Dubai for investment possibilities. I'm investigating various REIT opportunities (although they are limited at this time). If you don't know, REIT's allow you to invest in multiple properties without actually owning a particular piece of property. If you look into it, let me know if you find anything.
