Just take a look at my floor plan, give it an honest critique. Disregard windows if you like, more concerned and the floor plan layout in general. With special attention to master bedroom and kitchen.

Where is front/main entrance droo[s]?
Move interior door in laundary so can back up plumbing required to that in kitchen.
Why the angle in the Walk-in closet [you lose space]?
Opening Master Bedroom off Great Room is not good.
Where is stair to loft?
Where is stair to basement?
Wide open Great/Dining/Kitchen is difficult to furnish; consider various types of dividers [closed, open, lacey, wood, masonry, etc] to make specific areas within this massive space. Lots of space ehere but not well used.
Make 2d and 3d bedrooms more equal in size.
Why exterior door in Master Bath?

Hi Missin44,
I think it needs more detail before we can say much. RWL had some good starters.

I'll address a couple of the issues first, working on the rest.
I see what you mean about door to master in great room, will move it to the dining room.
The angled walk in closet is that way to make the masterbath a little more interesting to look at, I know I loose space, plus I'm still considering squaring it off.
Still working on both sets of stairs, I do hope to combine loft and basement stairs in someway.
As for kitchen I plan to install a large island to define seperate rooms.
I sorta like the idea of 2nd and 3rd bedrooms being of differant sizes, but easy to change.
Will move luandry room door.
As for the Master bedroom door to outside, the more I think about it the beter I like the idea. Basicly the door would lead to a huge deck running the entire length of the house, which would also have a hot tub.

Hi missin! If i may comment on your plan, it looks like you dont have much building space to play around with the layout. like what the others are saying you need to provide more details first before we can give you more advice.
Does your plan have a porch?
you may want to check your minimum ADA standard so you can max your area.
consider revising your kitchen / dining
consider changing the layout of your master bath & closet. visualize your interiors. you may want to check more reference.
Peace!!
