Seems to be a tricky time for people to talk about medals in America.
Little Tony Blair is immensely popular in America and he has been awarded the Congressional Medal of Honour. An honour indeed, especially for Little Tony.
One would have imagined that he would be rushing to collect it and to be applauded. Strangely he is doing everything that he can to avoid going to collect it.
The problem is that Blair is still a member of Britain's Labour Party - he has already been told off for the idiotic idea of inviting Allawi to speak at the Labour Conference - he has been told off by Clinton for his hypocrisy, and now he has been told off by the Labour Party for having any idea of collecting his medal any time soon.
The reason is simple. Little Tony's popularity in America means that he really would have a positive influence on Bush's chances in the elections.
What is wrong with that ?
The British Labour Party (Blair's Party) have openly and repeatedly stated that they want Kerry to win. _________________ Richard Haut has worked with the architectural profession for over 25 years and produces the weekly Richard Haut's Competitions, which has given architects details of many thousands of projects for which they can apply across Britain and Europe. |

as a european observer of british politics i Can tell you he'll be re elected .no doubt .
the tories (right wing) are hopeless ,maybe in 5 years
their leader michael howard is the guy who refuse to answer jeremy paxman (top interwiever) 14 times .he personifies what brit (love ) hate about the tory party
blair has lost a lot of his political credit with unimportant things (to the vast majority of brits) like fox hunting (i'm not getting into that , ridiculous )
or the house of the lords reform fiasco .Public service improvement
and iraq of course (like 80% of europeans brits were against that war )
throw into that david kelly (informer of the bbc who killed himself after being caught between a rock and a hard place namely the government-bbc war )
effectively the media is the opposition in britain |
