I've been looking for an answer to this (in writing) and haven't been able to find it. There reference guide doesn't address this in the calculation credits (that I've seen), and a quick scan of CIR's online didn't yield anything either.
Does anyone know what the requirement for rounding is as related to LEED credits. For SSc4.3, we have a situation where the preferred parking requirement is 2.1 spaces. We have rounded up just to cover our bases, but in a more expensive arena (i.e. shower requirements for SSc4.2) we would be greatly tempted to round down...
Do you round as normal (>.5 round up and <.5 round down) or is any fraction rounded to the next highest number (.1, .2, .6, .9, etc all round up)
