No, they are not. That is shown by the fact that Iraqis and other Muslims are not given the same legal status as others.

This is shown by the numbers who have been imprisoned in Guantanamo, Iraq and Afghanistan - as well as other places - who did not have the remotest connection with terrorism or matters relating to security.

They are treated as "lesser people", a lower form of life than other humans.

There are at least two precedents. The treatment of "native" peoples by the British Empire and the definitions of the various grades of lesser people "Untermenschen" by the Nazis.

Why ? Theft and control.

What Americans have yet to grasp is that if their legal powers act in a way which is so fundamentally against the laws and standards of their own country, they then have ceased to have a credible legal system.

Remember that there are other countries targetted by America for "regime change" - and one of them is China. In other words, people who can be treated illegally by Bush and his gang include anyone whom they dislike, who disagrees with them or has something that they wish to steal.

Maybe the photos were fake, but soldiers from the same Regiment had kicked Iraqi prisoners to death and indulged in other barbarity.

Of course to you the fact that barbarity may have been proved but not photographed makes it OK.

Like the Nazi death-squads this filth and their American friends are "only obeying orders".

I repeat: check out what Israeli Justice Minister Lapid said about the behaviour of their own Israeli Defence Force.

British sailors who had gone illegally into Iranian waters were not maltreated in any way and have been released. Lucky for them that they were in civilised hands and not those of barbarians like their fellow Brits or Americans.

400 years ago the French founded their first colony at Ste-Croix and Raleigh's first successful colony was less than thirty years old. Not quite "on a roll" at that time.

The Palestinians are a people - and they have rights under international law, whatever you say.

You are the only person who suggested that bin Laden attacked America because of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict (if it was bin Laden who attacked America).

On the basis of your argument if someone does well - say they are a thief - and there are others who are doing OK but less well, then the ones with the money are entitled to hire thugs and go and take what the poorer but more honest people have - right ?

I would hardly call that being "on a roll".

so antimsemitism is at "epidemic in Europe and getting worse" is it, Donald ?

I live in Europe and you do not.

A couple of years ago there was an attempt to spread such lies in order to get people to boycott the Cannes Film Festival. It was Woody Allen who put a stop to that, very firmly - he pointed out that it was rubbish and exactly the way that the Nazis stirred up racial hatred.

It was Lapid, the Israeli Justice Minister, who said that pictures of an old Palestinian woman picking through the wreckage of her house reminded him of his grandmother picking through the ruins in Warsaw under the Nazis. His grandmother died in Auschwitz.

You should read Israeli papers, Donald - like Ha'aretz or the Jerusalem Post.

You might learn something.
